I know I haven't done a Stat Saturday in ages but I am back doing them again and feeling more motivated than ever, I have a super exciting "thing" happening this fall and I will be sharing ever detail with you guys on Wednesday so stay tuned for that. Having said that I want to be in tip top shape for this "thing" which means time to get back to the gym, I recently rejoined 24 Hour Fitness because the gym my condominium offers is just not up to par with what I need to get myself where I want to be. I joined on Monday and went Monday-Thursday, I did not go on Friday because I stayed up very late hosting a dinner party for my neighbors who are going on holiday for about 4 months, I did Shabu Shabu so it was quite healthy and I did not drink any alcohol I stuck to water! My weight this week is 181 pounds I would ideally love to be down to 115 pounds when my "thing" rolls around and as it is late October it is possible but it will take a TON of work and self control.
