Where is the Love???

I know I just got back from a long break and have suddenly dissapearded again, but I have been knee deep in a massive declutter, since reading "The Life Changing Magic Of Decluttering and Tidying" by marie kondo.
While I am almost done, I still don't have time to resume my normal schedule, that will happen in about 4-5 days, but if you miss my face you can follow me on SnapChat: KatieSnyder 157 because I am snap vlogging this whole process!

The reason I wanted to jump on here, was yesterday Anna Saccone uploaded a video that was so honest, raw, and powerful I wanted to share it with you guys. As you know I dealt with my own mini version of the "online haters" group and while I did say I would never mention it again, I wanted to make sure all of you have had the chance to see Anna's video as it really highlights the damage that online bullying can have on someone.
While I understand that none of the "haters" knew she was suffering from any mental health issues, it's important to note just that, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE ELSE IS DEALING WITH OFF THE INTERNET!

So today I ask you all to watch her video, share it out, and then ask, where is the love? Where did we as humanity go wrong? At what point did it become ok to not only judge people based on their weight/appearance, but to actually write those words onto that persons blog/youtube channel? I know many people will say, "it's not just her appearance they are attacking her on, it's her lifestyle, parenting, cleaning, dog walking...." , the list goes on, but again, what makes it ok to judge someone for their lifestyle choices?

The online community went through that "tumblr" phase a while back, where people complained it got too politically correct, and they felt like they had to walk on egg shells.
I'm not asking you to reexamine your entire life, or censor your every thought, I'm just asking you to listen to that little voice inside your head that tells you whether or not you should click "publish" on the comment your writing, as well as if someone sent you that message, how would it make you feel?

Also just a quick note: While I normally am all for free speech, I will be deleting any negative comments on this post, as the point is to reach out and empower people going through their own mental health/bullying problems, so please don't waste your time or mine by leaving hateful words.

My Meals Monday | It's Hot!

For breakfast this morning I was trying to stick with my 21 Day Fix, so I had my purple tub of fruit which had strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. I also had a small slice of rye toast with a bit of earth balance and jam, as well as two 6 minute eggs. Also just a quick side note, this is a salad plate so it looks like a lot of food but it's just a small plate...moving on now...

Due to use having breakfast at around 11:30 we had lunch/dinner at around 4:30, this is from a new place in town called BYOBowl, it is a starch free stir fry and does fit within my 21 Day Fix, it's basically just a whole lot of veg with some Ahi and Shrimp, it is my favorite place to eat right now, I also had a Mango Lemonade, they literally make this right in front of you with an old fashioned juice squeeze handle.

And then I fell prey to YogurtLand but all I can say about this is the heat made me do it ;) This is the new Super Mario flavors with a bit of crushed peanut butter cup on top, also I ate less than half, the rest is sitting in my freezer as I write this.

Finally I wanted a tea so I had my TeaPigs Peppermint and Licorice, I did however leave it on the counter for about 45 minutes so it was cold by the time I drank it, but it was still amazing.

I know my meals today were very random and I didn't eat as often as the 21 Day Fix demands, but when it's hot out, I tend to loose my appetite, and so I just really went with what I felt like.
What did you eat today? Is the summer heat affecting you?

Here is today's My Meals Monday video and Daily Vlog!

My Mac Lipstick Collection

When I very first started getting into makeup, I was about 15 years old and I was at my best friends house, and her older sister, who was absolutely gorgeous would spend the weekends trying different makeup looks on us to see if she wanted to wear it. All the products she had were Mac Cosmetics, and it was paid for through her after school job at Burger King, since then I have been obsessed with makeup and Mac Cosmetics, so I thought I would share my current lipstick collection with you.

Left-Right
To Catch A Sailor
Viva Glam V
Chatter Box:
Is from Mac's Amplified collection, it is a bright pink shade with a really pretty hint of glitz/shine through it.

Is from Mac's Cremesheen collection, it is a very peachy-nude that looks amazing on more tanned skin tones, but is also perfect for layering over the top of other lipsticks.

Is from Mac's Matte collection, it is very bright and pink with a hint of violet running through. Even though this is a matte, it's not dry and you're not constantly topping it up.

Is also from the Cremesheen collection, it is very similar in shade to Japanese Maple, I would say the only difference it there seems to be a bit more of the peach tone to it.

To Catch A Sailor:
Is from the Frost collection, it is a gold-nude shade, there is most definitely
a lot of frost/shimmer to this shade, but it is also perfect for layering!

Viva Glam V:
Is from the Lustre collection, this is a pinky-browny shade with you guessed it a whole lot of lustre ;) this shade actually holds a special place in my heart as it was my very first Mac purchase ever and it has had to be replaced quite a few times, sadly it has been discontinued:(

Is also from the Cremesheen collection, it is a bright in your face hot pink, it's not sparkly but being from the Cremesheen collection there is a lot of shine that comes from it.

Is also from the Cremesheen collection, and is a bit more reddish-pink, it is my ride or die all time favorite Mac lipstick, I would say I have gone through 4-5 of these and still love it. If your ever wondering what shade I'm wearing, it is almost 90% of the time Fan Fare.

Is also from the Lustre collection, this is a bit of a reddish-brown color and is perfect on days that you want a red lip, without being full on hollywood red.

That is my entire Mac Lipstick collection, to some it may seem small, to others it may seem huge, to me it's perfect, I love the variety of shades as well as the ability to customize with the use of 2-3 shades.

What was the first beauty brand you well in love with?

My Meals Monday | 21 Day Fix

A few years ago I started following a Facebook page by the ever so beautiful Amanda Pennino , she is a Beach Body coach, and if you scroll through her page you will notice two things 1. she takes the most amazing pictures, and 2. she has completely transformed her whole life, not only she did she get super fit, but she is so happy and honestly just glowing all the time.
Due to that I thought I would try the 21 day Fix meal plan for a while and see how I do, now for obvious vegetarian/vegan (not completely there yet, but making progress), reasons there are some things I won't eat, but I do like the idea of learning better portion control.

Breakfast:
I had my first container of carbohydrate which was plain oatmeal, mixed with a small spoon of peanut butter, and then my first container of fruit which was strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Am Snack:
After my workout (elliptical and Kayla Itsines), I needed to refuel a bit before lunch, and lucky me I can have a ton of coffee on this thing so I picked up a venti cold brew coffee with 2 shots of espresso and after drinking this proceeded to fly around the room lol. I also had my 1 and only container of seeds, this is just plain roasted sunflower seeds, and they are actually quite good!

Lunch:
This seemed to be the hardest meal to put together, I new I was going to have some veg and hummus, so I cut up carrots, red bell pepper, and tomatoes, but wasn't sure about what protein to add, so I went with a MahiMahi patty that was in the freezer, it was not the best.

Afternoon Snack:
This is not exactly "21 Day Fix" approved lol, but I wanted something so I had some blue corn tortilla chips and a spinach and artichoke dip, I made sure to put them into small bowls so I didn't over do my little splurge;)

Dinner:
This was something I was dreaming about all day! I had "Spaghetti and MeatBalls" it was actually zucchini noodles with vegetarian meatballs, but it was so good and Don didn't even notice it was meatless lol, I did however breakdown and add a bit of Parmesan to mine :0

Dessert:
I had my last container or fruit for the day, this is watermelon and cantaloupe. I love that all the summer fruits are coming into season, while they are available year round they just seem to taste better in the summer ;)

So thats everything I had, I am somewhat struggling with the 21 Day Fix in the sense of trying to find things to eat that fit into the containers, actually most things are fine the biggest issue I'm having is protein, and thats more of my choice of diet than the containers, but as I get further into this I'm sure I will find plenty of things to fill that category.

If any of you out there have any ideas or websites for vegetarian/vegan protein options please let me know in the comments below.

Also here is today's video.

Huge Zoella Giveaway

Recently Zoella aka Zoe Sugg, admitted to her subscribers that she had been keeping a secret from them, and this wasn't your everyday "I have a daughter I never told you about and Alfie and I got married" kind of secret, her secret was much bigger than that, she announced she was adding a new range to her Zoella Beauty collection.
Now in my option a new range to the Zoella Beauty collection is both the greatest thing EVER, and a worrisome time, due to the high demand and the limited availability in the US.
So The day the launch happened I sat with my computer on Feel Unique desperately trying to get my hands on this macaroon scented range called Sweet Inspirations, sadly getting your hands on this was harder than buying the whole collection of Kylie Jenner Lip Kits ;)
But I persevered and after four different orders, and waiting almost a month for shipping, I had almost the entire range, I was so excited I set it all up ever so nicely on my filming area, and literally just looked at it for a few days!
Now that I have very carefully opened each item, insuring to save the packaging for decoration :) I went from casually dipping my toe into Zoella Beauty to a full on swan dive into the deep end and I never want to leave.
In fact I love this range so much, I've decided to do a MASSIVE Sweet Inspirations Giveaway!!!
First I'll take you through all the items and at the bottom of this post will be the entry form, so lets get started.....

The Le Fizz bath fizzer has an amazing sweet scent, you can definitely smell the macaroons, which speaking of macaroons how cute are these lol. I love the way my skin feels after using this in the bath, I would even go as far to say no Lush bath bomb needed :0

The Double Creme is the only item I'm a bit disappointed with, it is a very thick cream and feels amazing on the skin, but it's not as scented as the rest of the range, it almost seemed like the scent on the lotion was a bit more of an after thought. Having said that, anytime you layer scents they last longer so if you use the bath products then the lotion, and then the body fondant you're set!

I love this clutch bag, not only is it actually big enough for my day to day makeup, but it's so adorable you could actually use this as a clutch, also the two tone strips are so adorable!

The Bath Latte is nothing short of incredible, why hasn't someone done this already? Firstly it is so thick it almost reminds me of a syrup, and the scent, I just want to fill the bathtub and let it cradle me forever. A word of caution though, I made the mistake the first time of pouring about 1/4 of the bottle in, and I had enough bubbles to fill a swimming pool...take it slow.

Next we have the glorious Sugar Dip, not only are these bath salts scented like nobodies business, but they actually dissolve! I'm sure most of you have experienced a time when you add your bath salts and get in a nice hot bath, only to find your bath salts aren't dissolving and you feel like your sitting on a cheese grader anytime you move.

The life is sweet bag is the perfect little bag to keep in your handbag, I use mine for my dental hygiene stuff, so I have a travel toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, and a few little dental picks, it even comes in handy for when I forget my Invisalign case!

Then my ride or die, love of my life, bury me in, Body Fondant! I cannot put into words my love for this baby, not only is it THE MOST INCREDIBLY SCENTED ITEM EVER!!! But it actually does give you a very soft sun kissed shimmer. With this you can use it really sparingly and get a lite shimmer or you can do what I do and basically rub your entire body in it 3-4 times a day hahahaha, but seriously do it!
Also I would like to point out, I live in Hawaii, it's not all rainbows and kittens, it's hot, humid, rainy, windy, and you have the sun beating down on you all day long, because of that it's difficult to have a scent last all day, whether it be Michael Kors, Victoria Secret, or my Favorite Chloe, you have to reapply on the regular, but this Body Fondant has somehow been bewitched by the ever bewitching Zoella ;) and it lasts for a good 8-10 hours...How can this be?

Finally on to the giveaway!!!!

One lucky winner will receive:
1 Zoella Clutch
1 Zoella Life Is Sweet Bag
1 Zoella Body Fondant
1 Zoella Le Fizz Bar
1 Zoella Double Body Creme
1 Zoella Sugar Dip
1 Zoella Bath Latte

I also thought one of my favorite places to read is when I'm soaking in a hot bath so I have also included Girl Online and Girl Online On Tour written by the goddess herself Zoe Sugg!

You may notice the lack of body spritz, sadly I couldn't find anyone willing to ship to Hawaii, that happens all the time for fragranced items due to flammability, sorry.

This giveaway is going to act as the August Monthly Giveaway so to enter simply fill out the form below and your good to go!
The winner will be announced on August 1, 2016 so all entries must be in no later than July 31, 2016 at 11:59 pm HST. This is open internationally!

Let me know which Zoella Beauty product you're most excited about!

Tags For Hope

I love my fur babies, Charlie (Right) & Louis (left) are my everything, they are the two most important things/people in my life, I am ready and willing to do anything for them, be it a late night run to PetCo for Greenies, or literally holding both of them in the air as a German Shepard tried to grab them from me (yes that actually happened, I have know idea how I was able to hold them both but I did, and no I don't blame the German Shepard, the owner very intentionally dropped the leash and the clearly did not train the dog to be off leash with other dogs).
Having said that, the scariest/worst thing that could ever happen to me would be one or both of them going missing, that's why I never talk on the phone as I walk them, very rarely vlog, and don't like people walking with us, I want my full attention on them at all times.
It may sound over-protective but these are 100% my children!

We have gone all the normal routes of protecting them if they get lost, they are chipped, they are registered with the AKC with an id number, registered in my city, and of course a name tag.
The tag is your typical name and phone number, in the shape of a little doggy bone, but recently I learned about Tags For Hope, they are an international organization that creates the cutest pet tags that look like the drivers license for your area, and they don't make that jingling sound as you walk, which is amazing, because that gets annoying real quick :)

The tags themselves are the same size as your normal tags, they fit well into the palm of your hand, and are guaranteed for life, no breakage, chew age, or damage of any kind, or they will replace them free!
What I love about the tags is not only are the adorable and functional, but they contain so much more information than your normal dog tag can...
Name, Date Of Birth, Class (cat or dog), Breed, Sex, Height, Weight, Eyes, Hair, Phone Number, Address, and a cute little phrase that sums up your dogs personality.
But wait theres more...
The back of the tags are completely blank, there you can add in additional numbers, your vet information, chip id number, and any other needs or info people would need about your dog like allergies or in my case Louis' fear of all other dogs and some people, and how you only need a ball in your hand for him to become your best friend lol.
I also purchased the wallet cards, in the event they went missing I would be able to use this to show people when asking if they've seen them, I also made a copy and put them on file at my vets office just in case they need them.

One other amazing aspect of Tags For Hope is that for every tag purchased they donate to animal shelters/rescues all over the world, so by trying to save your dog or cat, you help save another dog or cat somewhere else, which is really cool to think about.

I would love to hear all about your fur babies, also I like to spend hours and hours scrolling instagram looking at pet pictures so leave me a link to your below!
